I called with a dead battery/problematic 2020 Jaguar F Pace on CHRISTMAS EVE at 3:30pm (they closed at 5) and he told me to bring it in on and told me they had a loaner w battery/problematic 2020 Jaguar F Pace on CHRISTMAS EVE at 3:30pm (they closed at 5) and he told me to bring it in on and told me they had a loaner waiting for me. He helped me with the utmost respect and full undivided attention when I arrived at 4:30pm. I received a call back the day after Christmas and all my issues were resolved, car cleaned & vacuumed, and everything explained honestly and accurately. Michael is great and so is Rosenthal Jaguar/Land Rover. I used to have a Land Rover I would take to Bethesda Jaguar Land Rover and NOPE, I’ll never be back there again as long as Rosenthal is open! After driving 1/2 way to Rosenthal Jaguar for my oil/filter change, I realized that I had left my masks in my daily driver vehicle, and knew that I'd have to reschedule my service. But unexpectedly oil/filter change, I realized that I had left my masks in my daily driver vehicle, and knew that I'd have to reschedule my service. But unexpectedly, and so very professionally, Mr. Simoules graciously opened a box of face masks and offered me one to allow the service to take place. Then I was pleased to find that my service was completed in little more than one hour despite the waiting room being full of other customers. And for even more "frosting on the cake presented by Mr. Simoules", my car was freshly washed and the service came with a discount! More
Found a unique color combo in a Jaguar XF. Had really enjoyed a previous XF lease, and was ready to come back to Jaguar. Negotiation process was the "usual." Nothing special, neither good nor bad. My wife took delivery of the car, which went reasonably well. Staff was very courteous to her, and the F+I manager was particularly polite and reasonable. This was much appreciated by my wife and I. At the end of the delivery, the salesman asked my wife to be sure an write a review on Dealer Rater. So here I am. Interior of the car was dirty; specifically a dirty headliner. This is inexcusable. Dried wax on the exterior that hadn't been buffed off. Not quite "inexcusable" but certainly sloppy. Tires........probably a little more worn than they should be. NOT bald...just a little more worn than should be on a gently used luxury car. Sales made no post delivery contact; this is simple, basic salesmanship. An easy way to lay a foundation for the Next Sale, right? I messaged the salesman, asking for a copy of the Carfax and a printout of any maintenance that had been done. He sent the Carfax and ignored my other request. I asked again, and his response that he couldn't provide me with any maintenance information. I asked him if he could have a service advisor do it. His response was...well, there was no response. It's about 10 days post delivery of a dirty car, my request for maintenance records was ignored, and there's been no post-delivery follow up. I'm not including names; not AT ALL a personal attack. Turnover is high, training is poor. This is probably a training/leadership issue. *Update* Turns out that there was unreported body damage to the car. SERVICE department was excellent to deal with, but this is an unresolved issue. Service manager is looking into this, and I a hoping to hear from Sales. J. Hill 2017 XF Cesium Blue. More
