Service department is incapable of communicating. Kept 3 month old car for 3 days without calling. I had to call several times before reaching service representative. When the car was finished it was supposed to be delivered to my home at 8:30 am. Car never appeared nor did anyone call. My husband went to pick it up and no one was able to find the car.
