Now Michael our Service Advisor has a ritualistic approach to working with his client, i.e. he knew I was coming in for the first service and state inspection, greeted me by name, went over expectations and executed the process flawlessly. Vehicle was serviced in less than a couple of hours and he kept me abreast where the vehicle was in the process at least three times throughout the process. Joe and Simon are truly the best at what they do. Simon is a master of his trade. He delves beyond what may appear to be the obvious conclusion and looks for the root-source of the problem. And Joe, well, it would be near impossible for me to count the number of times he’s come to my aid while I’ve been “stuck” in far-away locations. Over these many years, Joe has provided long-distance advice via phone and has helped me navigate, what was for me, some tough situations.
