One piece of advice to the dealership, you don't know who you are dealing with and what they can afford until you meet them and get their thoughts and information. On that note, Jerome Cabbagestalk was different and an excellent salesman. He explained the car's features and was able to answer any questions I threw at him. At the end of the test drive, I took his card and some vehicle information and went on my way. Frankly, I loved the car and its one of the top in my list, but to get treated like that as a customer, makes you wonder if they really want my business! As an aside, I visited Rosenthal Jaguar in Chantilly the day before, and there, too, I got the cold shoulder and it seemed like salespeople were uninterested in waiting on me. I left as I had other cars to drive and dealerships to visit. More
