Quick and Easy Transaction We'd researched SUV's for a couple of months and finally settled on the Land Rover Discovery Sport. We sent out emails to all the dealers in our region stating what we were willing to accept. We heard from a few, but not all had THE car, of course. Two had it, one could get it in a few days. Andy Moshrefi at Rosenthal had it and gave us no runaround on the price whatsoever. Within a couple of hours I drove home in my dream car! Customer service was impeccable from start to finish. Very glad we ended up there and I'll be happy dealing with them in the future! More

I have often said a business is not measured by how it does when things go well but how it performs when things go bad. Craig stayed in constant communication throughout the ordeal. I never once felt like I was forgotten or pushed to the side. He even came in on his day off to work with a manager on my behalf to answer questions and find a resolution. Who does that now days?
