The sales personnel are very helpful, but not aggressive, but I would say the biggest reason we always return to Rosenthal Land Rover is the follow-on/after purchase experience. The service department is "second to none". We have owned other "luxury" vehicles from other makers, and have always been disappointed in the follow-on service and especially the service departments, we have never had that feeling at Rosenthal Land Rover. I would not hesitate to ever purchasing a vehicle from Rosenthal Land Rover. A special note for our sales representative, Gavin Kassiri. Gavin was very professional and knowledgeable.
