I spent 2-3 hours going back and forth with two sales reps who seemed undecided of who should be stuck helping me. I am in my early twentys, they probably assumed I was wasting their time. I left to next the next Land Rover Dealership in VA, and it was the best decision I made. It was amazing how each employee greeted you and made you feel welcomed walking through the door. The sales rep: Reda, was incredible! He listened to my concerns and wants for my new vehicle. He made sure I got a great deal on my new car and walked me through every step in my purchase. No pressure to buy the car, he made sure I was happy and satisfied with my choice. If you are in the market for a new car, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REDA HABATI!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! I decided to head over to Land Rover in Vienna where I ended up purchasing my New 2016 Land Rover Discovery HSE through Reda Habati. What an amazing experience. As I headed towards VA, I called to make sure that they had the exact car I was looking for. Mr.Reda was very tentative to my wants and needs of the vehicle . He did not only have one car waiting for me upon my arrival, but two, a 2016 and a 2017 Discovery HSE. He explained everything the car had and made buying a car a whole lot easier. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle from him as you might feel from other sales representatives at other dealers. He was very polite and curdious to my feelings towards the vehicles he had shown me. After working out some numbers I realized the car was a little over my budget. Mr Reda talked with his managers and did everything he possibly could to get me the best deal possible . He was able to put me in the vehicle I wanted in the price range I had set prior to purchasing the car. He did everything he could and for that I am for ever thankful for him and the wonderful staff that was able to work with me in purchasing my girlfriends Christmas present. More
