I try not to embellish mundane and rudimentary selling tactics, but I can tell ya, coming from a skeptic, these guys genuinely enjoy what they do and project an empathy unmatched by any other dealer I've been do recently, hence the purchase. I have never done a deal with a luxury car before but since the TV ads for Range Rovers caught my attention and seemed interesting, I thought I would come into the dealership in Tysons and test drive one. I came in late on a Saturday and met Andy Moshrefi and told him what I wanted in terms of size, handling ability and price. He suggested that I test drive the Evoque. Wow! What a great experience! Within minutes I was driving and got hooked right away. Andy suggested I look at all the Evogues at my leisure to choose a color, which I did the next day. I chose the one I liked, test drove it again and then sat down to do the deal. Andy was clear, straightforward and thorough in his explanation of all the details. It was all very smooth with no pressure at all! We worked out terms that were very reasonable to me in no time at all! I found Andy to be very knowledgable and very good at matching me with the right vehicle for my specific needs. Amazing Deal and Customer Service On Monday night, my wife and I saw a Range Rover Sport on the Rosenthal website. I called and talked to Reda Habati and set up an appointment for 110 On Monday night, my wife and I saw a Range Rover Sport on the Rosenthal website. I called and talked to Reda Habati and set up an appointment for 1100 today, Tuesday, 9/20/2016 to put down a deposit. We took the SUV for a test drive and I fell in love with it. My intent was to return to the dealership on Monday, 9/26 when my wife was able to accompany me. Reda set it up where my wife submitted her credit application on line from her office. By 1:00 pm, Tyler Tart, the Business Manager had crafted an incredible deal. The dealership did a fantastic job prepping the SUV and I was on the road by 2:30. Amazing experience!
