They were very straightforward and helpful, treated my wife and I extremely well, and stuck to the deal agreed to on the phone, even though they later realized that the MD tax laws jacked up the amount being leased a bit, I fully expected to get to the finance guy (who was really personable, and great to deal with btw), and find the agreed upon amount down or monthly payment would have changed. Nope, he politely asked if I wanted the wheel/tire insurance for my 20" carbon fiber wheels (which I am now reconsidering), and that was it. JD (our salesman) was awesome, couldn't ask for a more informative and helpful guy. He really put everything together for me by text and email so that the time spent at the dealer was minimal. He also worked to get the car prepped the same day when the wife got excited and asked to pick the car up immediately. Just can't say enough good things about the dealership in general, and JD in particular. We drove an hour to work with them, even though we had another dealer just 6 miles away. I fully intend to go back to them in three years, perhaps for an SVR. :) More
