The F-Pace suited my family's needs, but so did the informative, pleasant and non-pressuring environment of this dealer. The salesman, James Duncan, obliged with test drives of several vehicles and at times to suit my schedule. I have never owned a Jaguar before; Rosenthal was extremely professional about the purchase process. Most of all, I'd recommend the follow-through for new owners, what Rosenthal calls its "Encore" delivery service. No matter how thoroughly one might read an owner's manual, these days there are so many aspects and (largely) untapped qualities to new vehicles that a driver can only benefit from having questions answered.
