I felt important & welcome. I was greeted by a fella named Roberto 5-10 minutes before the place even opened. I was expecting to have to ask if it was alright if I hung around until opening, but Roberto wasted no time getting me to Andy concerning a Jaguar. These guys are fast!! Me & Andy were literally test driving within minutes of me walking in the place. It was amazing...& a statistical fact that I just bought a luxury Jaguar & made new friends faster than purchasing a steak dinner at waffle house. I bo Jerome Cabbagestock and the rest of the Rosenthal Land Rover team have been the most customer-focused group of people of I have ever dealt with. I bought a certified pre-owned LR2 from the dealership and after a month started to have issues with the vehicle. Jerome went above and beyond in addressing the issues. When the issue reappeared two months later, Jerome worked with the dealership to offer a permanent solution to the problem that quite frankly shocked me as to how far they were willing to go to be sure I was satisfied. When I've shared my experience with others, they too have been blown away by Jerome's and Rosenthal's commitment to satisfaction. Since then, Jerome has checked in regularly to be sure that I have remained satisfied with my Rosenthal vehicle. There is no question that he is my first choice and first stop for my next vehicle purchase. I really mean it, I wish I could give Jerome more than five stars!!! More
