I actually was in to schedule regular service for my car, stopped in to say hello and basically ended up taking delivery on a new vehicle in lieu of the service. Shawn Sutton was also great and Tyler Tart efficiently handled the paper work. The process was hassle free, no pressure and more than fair each step of the way. We have purchased several Land Rovers over the years (mostly in Maryland since we live in Bethesda) and have never thought twice about shopping anywhere else after we transitioned to Rosenthal.
