Rosenthal Jaguar and Land Rover do the opposite. They let their customer experience do the talking, while their awards serve as a testament to their commitment to the customer experience. My Wife and I spent about a month researching and test driving various vehicles. After a call from a family member referring us to Rosenthal, meeting both Craig and Tyler, another test drive and a freshly made espresso, we knew that this was the place and most importantly the people to do business with. There was no back and forth haggling, just two parties while over great conversation, matched value to a price. We drove away with two great cars and enjoy them everyday! What an experience! No Hassle Experience When we walked in at Rosenthal Jaguar in mid-August, my husband and I only intended to check out cars and not quite ready to purchase. We were lucky When we walked in at Rosenthal Jaguar in mid-August, my husband and I only intended to check out cars and not quite ready to purchase. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Reda Habati, who helped us in checking out the new Discovery. Reda was very professional, with a friendly attitude, but most of not pushy, by any means. He took his time in showing and explaining the different models. When we got home that night, my husband solicited other dealership to compare pricing, Reda gave us the most competitive price. The next day we came back and put in our deposit. Reda was very upfront and honest in the delivery of the truck, which we were told could take 3 months due to the options we added. To our surprise, it only took a little over 2 months, and we got our brand new 2016 Land Rover Discovery. As exciting as it can be, my husband and I, dread buying a house and buying a new car. Reda made our experience very smooth and painless, we never felt pressured. Julianna was also helpful in providing information on the accessories. I will highly recommend Rosenthal Jaguar and Reda Habati to my friends and relatives. More
