Salesman quoted a price on the phone for a used vehicle, so I placed a deposit to hold the car. When I arrived, I test drove the car and was satisfied. He told me that he was at lunch 3 days ago when the salesman quoted the price and he was not authorized to offer that price. I even have an email with the scrren shot of the quote. They didn't care. When I declined to pay more, I asked for my refund returned. They took my credit card and processed a $500 charge. The sales manager insisted it was a credit, but it was not. After 5 minutes of debating, I finally got the clerk to admit that it was another charge, not a credit. I then had to insist on a $1000 credit. Very old tricks, poorly executed. Stay away from these guys. Very dishonest. They live up to the term "used car salesmen". More

We have bringing our cars here for two years to Rosenthal LR and Jag. During this two years we have never left unhappy or had to being in the cars for the same work twice except oil changes. The restrooms at the dealership were clean, which I believe to be a good indication of honest management practices. The delivery process was simple and efficient. I have spoken with the dealership several times on the phone and I am equally impressed with the fact they answer the phone in a timely manner.
