I've been looking at land rovers for the last few weeks, I actually went to a dealer ship last week and was promised the world I was told I could get the car I wanted with no problem and take my car in on t I actually went to a dealer ship last week and was promised the world I was told I could get the car I wanted with no problem and take my car in on trade. A few days later I was told not only can they not get me the new car I wanted but that if I special order it they can't take my car on trade, and then they kept trying to just get me to buy another car off there lot. I was saddened by the news and thought my hopes of getting my new range rover were over... But with persistence I contacted other dealerships and found my savior GAVIN :), I called him he had the car I wanted and worked harder then any person I've ever worked with to get me in the car I've been wanting for quite some time! He was persistent in helping me and he wasn't like your "typical" sales man. He was honest with us every step he wasn't pushy and wasn't trying to just get a car off the lot! He made sure that I was happy and that I would be satisfied! I've bought a few cars in my day and this experience was truly unique in experience! I would highly recommend Gavin when buying your next land rover/range rover.... I had a fantastic experience the moment I walked through the doors of the dealership when I was met by Gavin Kassiri. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and was absolutely a gentleman. We talked about the vehicle and he immediately walked me to the spot it was parked in. Without hesitation, he offered the vehicle for a test drive. After the drive, he did not pressure me and didn't try to offer a vehicle I didn't want. I returned the next afternoon and took it for a second drive. ADuring the purchase discussion, Gavin was honest and up front and very polite. When Gavin met me with the vehicle ready for the second try-out, I knew he would be instrumental in my decision to purchase the vehicle from this dealership. After the sale, he even went out of his way to have a mechanic on staff review the vehicle with me. Gavin is being given this rating by me because I have never experienced such a pleasant and no pressure salesman. When I departed the dealership with my new gently used luxury SUV, I was exstatic at having had a such a happy and no-pressure experience with Gavin.
