The ice broke the wiper blades and the dealership replaced them very quickly and they checked and topped off the fluids. Very easy experience and very fair pricing. I purchased a certified 2021 Jaguar in Ft Lauderdale and had it delivered to my residence in VA. Upon delivery I noticed several issues and contacted the GM in Ft Lauderdale. She reached out to Mr. Miller i had it delivered to my residence in VA. Upon delivery I noticed several issues and contacted the GM in Ft Lauderdale. She reached out to Mr. Miller in service and set an appointment for me. I reached out via phone to speak with him about the appointment and he was extremely crass and rude. He was so nasty, after we ended the call I immediately dialed all other Jaguars in the area to see if someone could fit me in for service. I was so upset I called Mr. Miller back and asked him why he had such a gruff attitude with me. He replied he was busy as it is the end of the year and wasn't meaning to be rude. I brought my Jaguar in and this service department had the vehicle for 4 days. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, two of my main concerns weren't addressed. The service advisor was so rude, more rude than Mr. Miller. She ended up handing my key and telling me the issues were “in my head and I could take the car elsewhere and maybe they can find an issue”. WOW! I left and my two major issues are still issues. The lack of customer service and lack of communication skills presented by both members of your service team has left a horrible taste in my mouth. Between the issues from my purchase and the issues at your service department, I am ready to run back to Mercedes as I always have owned new Mercedes. I have had several vintage Jaguar’s in the past and we thought we would give jaguar newer cars a try-thought we would purchase this SUV, drive it for a year and then, if we liked Jaguar, we would trade it in for a new and larger model, locally. As of now, I wouldn’t step foot back into this dealership, even if they offered me a new Jaguar for free! More

Words can't describe how absolutely horrendous the service department is. They lie, do shoddy work, try to cover it up then get defensive when called out on their mistakes. Every service appointment I've had since 2017 has been nothing but infuriating. Every manager, now I'm dealing with Steve, has been arrogant, defensive, argumentative never apologetic for the problems their department causes. Clearly they are untrained in every aspect of customer service. Not sure what training they receive at all. It is their job to make right what their department does wrong. Instead they raise their voice and blame, no accountability, no class whatsoever. Steve is the definition of unprofessional, crass and hot headed. What on earth was this dealership thinking when they hired him. He drives away customers and brings in complaint after complaint. Bad hire. I will never purchase another car from this place and will share my feelings with anyone interested in a Jaguar. Go somewhere else. More

This is my first experience with this dealer. So far the service representatives gave been great. I am confused however, about the loaner vehicle situation. I was told that there where no vehicles available however when I walked outside I saw three labled vehicles. UPDATE: 1st let me say the representatives were still friendly and I will add that I was not charged a diagnostic fee...but I shouldn't have been, considering my issue went unresolved...especially because of a lack of effort. My issue is that I left my vehicle with the dealer ALL day only to be told that they were "afraid" to diagnose my audio problem because of an add-on. The issue was with a clearly unmodified part...but because the screen was upgraded they did not want to diagnose the amp and its underlying systems which was unchanged. Now I have a terrible first impression of the techs and I am disappointed in the overall service because not only did I rent out of pocket when there were loaners available, they made no real attempt to solve the issue, even when I said I was willing to accept the supposed risk. More
