I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door. James greeted me and when he went to retrieve the vehicle I requested to look at, Thomas introduced himself, showed me where the snacks and drinks we James greeted me and when he went to retrieve the vehicle I requested to look at, Thomas introduced himself, showed me where the snacks and drinks were and made sure I was comfortable. James is extremely knowledgeable of the product, friendly, personable and was not pushy like most car salespeople I have encountered in the past. My test drive was thorough and fun! This is the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. James and Thomas made the whole process seamless and fast. I will most definitely use Land Rover Fort Wayne in the future. I am now a very happy owner of 2023 Range Rover Sport! More

Very impressed by the dealership. I have bought numerous Land Rovers over the past 20 years and it is rare that a salesperson (James) has as good of knowledge of the product as I do. I have bought numerous Land Rovers over the past 20 years and it is rare that a salesperson (James) has as good of knowledge of the product as I do. My only criticism is that I normally will not work with dealerships that price above MSRP, but given I received MSRP on my trade I was willing to play the game. More
