My vehicle was recently looked at by a different service location. After picking up my car, it had a very strong gasoline smell. I later took my car over to the Farmington Hills location, where John, my ser location. After picking up my car, it had a very strong gasoline smell. I later took my car over to the Farmington Hills location, where John, my service rep, worked with me to resolve this problem. He was very prompt, I felt as tho, as he was getting information back on my car, he was relaying it back to me within the same day. Having this type of oversight helped me with scheduling my work and personal activities, because I was aware of what stage my car was in.. After I picked up my car, the service center washed my car and John had told me he personally checked to see if the smell was resolved - a step that if the previous service center would have done, would have completely saved me a trip and time.
