Michelle, Kyle and Rick in the service department where all 5(five) stars. The problem we have is that we originally brought our 2015 Land Rover Range Rover in because the A/C was not cooling/working prope all 5(five) stars. The problem we have is that we originally brought our 2015 Land Rover Range Rover in because the A/C was not cooling/working properly. We purchased the car as a CPO in 2018 (only 10,700 mi on it) in Darien, CT (we had been customers for 21 years and purchased 10 vehicles from the dealership) and decided to use Jaguar Land Rover Sarasota, as we are moving to Port Charlotte, FL. The first service the stepper motor was replaced (the dashboard had to be removed) and cost $5,800 the vehicle was there for 6 (six) days. We drove it for a month and the A/C stopped working properly again. We brought it back for the A/C problem and some other repairs and this time the blower motor and HVAC control motor were replaced at a cost of $3,800 the vehicle was there for 29 days. The vehicle was fine for about a month but the A/C was not starting right away and took up to 45 seconds to start blowing cold air, which it never did before, it always started as soon as you turned the vehicle on. We were told that it could take up to 30 seconds to start. This not acceptable here in FL when the inside of a black interior can reach over 100 degrees (sitting in direct sun) in about 30 minutes, your sweating before the A/C comes on the vehicle was there for 9 (nine) days. We brought the car back 4 (four) days later because the air bag light was on, (that's another story). Went to pick the vehicle up 4 (four) days later and when we started the vehicle the A/C was blowing warm air again out of the center dash vents on the drivers side, turned around and brought the vehicle back. We were given a new loaner (thank you for giving us Velars every time). The vehicle was there for 13 days in which this they replaced the HVAC module, of which we only had to pay for the part $950 for a total of $10,550 for a total of 4 (four) months of bringing the vehicle back and forth to dealership and spending 57 days at the dealership. We don't understand why the problem took this long to supposedly fix and the A/C still takes 45 seconds to start, which we are told is common for the new software update, installed in the last visit. In total of all the services we have brought the car in for, A/C and other issues, we have spent $24,251 at Jaguar Land Rover Sarasota. The reason why we spent all this money on the vehicle is it only has 79k on it and is in perfect condition and pretty much loaded. All this being said we will still use this dealership for service in the future, mainly for the excellent service department. One more note the dealership needs to update the invoices to state that there is a 3% fee for using a credit card and show it on the invoice. More

I had a blow out Friday, 17 night and had it towed to Jaguars Sarasota as I did not have a spare. MS Lane called me Saturday morning, told me there was a recall she whould take care of and made sure my tire was fixed. I was out the door by noon and could not speak highly of her service. Brought in my car for USB not connecting to my IPHONe and GPS system thru I-Phone. USB was defective and had to be replaced to the tune of $4,500.00 Vehicle was in dealership a week . I came to pick up vehicle and they didn’t update my MAPS. I had to drive back (four times) within 15 minutes. Every time I drove off something went wrong with the system. No one knows what they are doing! I’ve been leaving messages and voice mails for Mike with no response nice person, horrible communicator. I will be calling Monday morning I want to talk with a person of authority. I don’t know if the service department is owned or managed by the dealership but it’s a very POOR reflection on the company. Communication was poor. Had to go to another dept to get better service and items addressed. I still have outstanding follow ups.
