I am an a Business Attorney, in Sarasots 30 years. I own 8 vehicles, and purchase a new one every 18 months. I simply came in to have my Range Rover service walked out with a new Land Rover. I’ve never had a smooth, no pressure, and easy transaction as I did with Mr. Sanchez I will surely buy another Land Rover within the next 18 to 24 months, and expect only to use Mr. Sanchez as my salesman. Further, all my clients will get referred to him when they are looking for a new vehicle. I can’t emphasize enough what a great job this young man did and highly recommend him to anybody who may read this. I also want to highly commend the finance manager, Dave, who is now my new best friend after this experience. If you don’t have a sense of humor, we probably should not work with Dave. 😉 George H. Service center manager needs an attitude check. I brought my vehicle in for a regular service and as I walked in to speak with someone, the service department was clearly very busy. I waited and wai I brought my vehicle in for a regular service and as I walked in to speak with someone, the service department was clearly very busy. I waited and waited and was greeted by Shayne/Shane- although "greeted" would be too nice of a term to use. Instead I was approached with "What do you need?". I explained what I needed and was cut off mid-sentence by her stating "K. someone will be with you shortly wait here." I understand a dealership can be very busy at times, but as I watched her run her department, It was obvious to me that clearly Shane is not only a horrible people person, but is either new or does not know how to run a service department. A manager Dripping with a "holier than thou" attitude is definitely something I could've lived without. Time for another dealership. More

Most of the time takes two or three phone calls to talk to a person Really love the range rover sport we have even though we have had problems it is an amazing vehicle and thought about getting a new one but now we are looking at other vehicles for this reason More

Although my auto is not under the bumper to bumper warranty, Wilde agreed to clean up the buttons as a courtesy at no cost to me. I have experienced nothing but great service with a friendly and courteous attitude from Wilde staff, the best ever from any dealership. More

Once I realized I'd be here several hours more than anticipated, I asked for a loaner for the day. At 10:30 am., I was told they RAN OUT OF LOANERS. Really? So soon?? This is NOT the level of customer service I'm used to from my past experiences in Palm Beach, Broward Nd Dade County equivalent dealerships. Pitiful. More
Refuse to fix my under warranty XJL I bought my 2015 Jaguar XJL a few months ago. Noticed that the paint was fading and the chrome around the door frames was pitting. Took it back and th I bought my 2015 Jaguar XJL a few months ago. Noticed that the paint was fading and the chrome around the door frames was pitting. Took it back and the manager refused to do anything about it even though the car is under warranty and they said that they had never had this issue before. They even refused to tell me the reason for not doing something about it. Frankly, I'm stunned by the lack of concern over a customer who pays $800 a month for their product. You have lost a very loyal customer. I am very sad and upset!! P.S. Shayne is lovely and had no bearing on this decision. More

Outstanding experience with the service department I recently purchased a certified XK from Wilde. I made a service appointment to apply interior & exterior protection. In addition, I found a few minor I recently purchased a certified XK from Wilde. I made a service appointment to apply interior & exterior protection. In addition, I found a few minor items that needed to be resolved. When I arrived for the appointment, everything was ready as scheduled. Toby listed the items that needed attention and provided a loaner vehicle. Taga (my salesman) also took the time to review my needs to confirm they would be addressed. Toby kept me advised several times during the day and asked me if I could return the following day to allow the sealer time to set. When I returned the next day, Toby mentioned that a few other items were identified and fixed. Taga also discussed the work with me to ensure I was satisfied. Overall, the experience was outstanding. My time at the dealership was minimal for both visits. Toby was extremely attentive, courteous, took the initiative to identify & repair items (which were unknown to me) to avoid future problems, and kept me advised of the status of the work. I have had three Jaguars in for service at Wilde. I’m very satisfied with the service I’ve received during the past ten years. More
