New jag owner. Needed service. On line quotes less than in person, would not work with me on pricing service ($250 to put a code reader on car is ridiculous, needed Needed service. On line quotes less than in person, would not work with me on pricing service ($250 to put a code reader on car is ridiculous, needed 2 codes charged me 250 each . They pointed out a lot of items and photos explained well but something just seemed off. I went in for battery light indicator and they came up with a $10,000 future bill to fix car. Will be looking elsewhere fir service and only use them as last resort. More

Fantastic experience. From the moment I pulled up someone was there to help me. The young man in the service department who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and kin From the moment I pulled up someone was there to help me. The young man in the service department who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He even changed the battery in my key when I mentioned it was giving me a warning. My car was repaired while I waited and I pulled out of the dealership with a clean car in less than an hour. So great. I will always go to Plaza for service. More

Everyone is pleasant and polite. Did not feel like they’re trying to force politeness. It is a shame that I have been there so much. I feel as though my car was built with leftover and/or destructive parts. I have been there at least six times for fuel pump (bad), battery replacement and my car is only two years old. Now, we recommend new tires before winter. Brand new car 17K miles and I need new tires. I am baffled More
