My 18th car purchase, and the best by far!! I grew up in Sudbury, and never thought I would end up back other than to visit the folks never the less pick up a new Jaguar. I was looking for a low mileage CPO all wheel drive, fun, sporty, car that I could tote my wife and two kids (3.5yrs and 6 months) around in safely and put a ton of miles on since I'm in sales and travel all over New England and the Tri-State NY/NJ area.. I was looking to replace a VW TDI that was being bought back as a result of the diesel scandal and was really leaning towards a CPO Audi A6, or CPO Acura RLX Sport Hybrid. While stumbling online, I noticed this great looking 2015 Jaguar XF AWD Sport, black on black with only 10k on it, CPO'd and a great price. Figured something different? Drove out one morning, (4 days later) without an appointment and was greeted by a young man named Holden Moore. I inquired about a 2015 low mileage XF I had noticed online and asked it was available. Holden immediately responded, "the black AWD sport? Yes it is..wait here and I'll pull it up". he explained the car to us, it's features, told us all about Jaguar, we talked about the VW and then took the car for a spin. I drove it, my wife drove it and we both really liked it. Holden knew everything about it, technical details, specs, and he even was knowledgeable about the Audi and the current VW I have been driving and explained the differences in each vehicle. I was very impressed. Unfortunately , or maybe fortunately I made a low ball offer and we couldn't get a deal done. There is a happy ending here though. Despite many laughs my wife and I ended up leaving. As we were walking out I said to my wife "don't worry, he'll follow us out", He didn't and the whole ride home I heard from my wife how we should have bought the car and how I should have come up a few grand. I thought about calling but didn't. We hadn't even left our contact info...all he had was a photo copy of my license. About a week later, around dinner time we're sitting having dinner and the home phone rings. Caller ID announces Herb Chambers Land Rover is calling. It's Holden, he has tracked us down and informs me they have reduced the price on the Jaguar and his manager is willing to extend the warranty. I said ok, and reverted back to my original offer (We both laughed, Holden and I) and my wife across from me was about to kill me as she was sick of hearing about car stuff 24/7. I hadn't owned a Jag, and made fun of everyone that owned one and/or a Land Rover although through many hours of research couldn't find anything negative about these Jaguars...could they really be bulletproof? I told Holden I would think about it but there was some other cars I wanted to look at. 4-5 days later Holden calls me to check in. He was the only dealer that was actually following up with me. I had offers at other places, but it seemed nobody else cared if I bought a car from them or not. When I tried to make the offer a little sweater it would just fall apart. Then there is Holden, a genuine young man who hustles, follows-up, is extremely polite, respectful, with phenomenal business acumen. He is probably 1/2 my age and as I observe him I take notes on how to be a better person. Holden was like my automotive consultant and as I might have mentioned I was all over the place with what I wanted and where I wanted to be. Somehow, Holden put me in a Brand New XF AWD Prestige for just a little more than I would have spent on a CPO unit. Despite from him having to listen to me, or for any of you that are still reading this it was the quickest, smoothest transaction. The car is stunning, and I admire it everyday as it's just sitting in my garage until I turn in my TDI. Holden and I still check in every couple of days, he asks me about my VW and if I've taken the Jag out and I ask him how many units he has sold for the month. I never thought I would be in a Jag, always thought I was more of a German fan but Holden definitely sold me over. He has earned a customer, a follower, I just hope I keep earning so I can keep buying these automobiles from him. As for the deal I received, it was phenomenal and the sales support/process was incredible. I should also give a shout out to Sam who is their business manager. He was great too, beat my own finance rate which was a fantastic rate and offered me a bunch of extra's at great prices with no pressure. I think I was in/out of his office in 10 minutes. More

Very unethical after sales service This dealer is not a Better Business Bureau accredited When you buy a car from them, they will try to sell you 3rd party extending warranty (called I This dealer is not a Better Business Bureau accredited When you buy a car from them, they will try to sell you 3rd party extending warranty (called IAS) for a double price and if you decide to sell the car and want to cancel the warranty you will have to go through a lot of pain, months of follow-up and a lot of patience for cancellation. Two months after my first request to cancel an extended warranty for key replacement they told me that they were waiting for the check from IAS (vendor). I spoke to the vendor and they told that they had never received any request from Herb Chambers to cancel my contract. After multiple follow-ups for weeks they cancelled the wrong extended warranty (They agreed it was a mistake at their part). I had multiple email evidence from Sam Lee (Account Manager and Hank Wilk (Business controller) where it was clearly communicated and acknowledged to cancel only the Key replacement contract with IAS. They told me that they can re-activate the contract only if I pay $250.00 dollars to them. If you buy a car like Jaguar you will not cry for $ 250, but the after service they provide is very below standards and unethical. More

No one has ever called me back. Cancelled the appointment this morning. Spent $3,400 in 2013 to solve a noise problem in right front wheel well, have only driven 10K and the problem is back. If they cannot return a call, I don't trust them to fix the problem either. More

I went in to test drive a new Jaguar with no thought of actually buying one and ended up with a 2015 XF. Working with Holden was great! He followed up with me, as promised, helped with the negotiations of my trade-in and the new vehicle and made the overall experience painless. On delivery day, he spent a considerable amount of time going over vehicle and all of the technology. I was provided with lots of "extras" like custom all weather floor mats and a custom cargo carrier for the trunk. I completed all of the financing paperwork with Anthony who was equally great. Anthony walked me through my new lease in great detail and made sure that I understood all aspects. I've boguht and sold many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience! More

The whole team including Holden, Bobby, James and Anthony made theses experiences very special with no pressure and never made it feel like we were doing "business". I really felt like they were listening to my needs and requests and were able to get me in the cars that fit me best. I have also had my cars serviced here many times and even though the dealership is far away from me, I couldn't imagine buying or servicing a car anywhere else. The service department is always able to get me scheduled in a timely manor and they always have a loaner car fueled up and waiting. What more can you ask for! Also, I was having a hard time finding time in my busy schedule to get my car in for service and the service department didn't hesitate to drive 45 minutes to my office, drop me off a loaner car, and then brought my car back serviced and spotless. Its the little things like that, that keep me coming back for more! I really feel like this is how car buying should be. The only issue is once you develop a relationship with these guys, you find your self visiting to say hello and to catch up and while your in the beautiful showroom, its very easy to fall in love with another car. My Jag hates when I cheat on it! If you guys are reading this, thanks again, I truly appreciate your time and efforts. And if you are a potential customer reading this, get off the computer and go meet these guys, they will take great care of you, no matter what your needs are. More

I am a former customer of Lee Jaguar and was sent to Chambers Jaguar of Sudbury for some routine maintenance issues. We have owned many Herb Chambers cars over the years (Toyota & BMW) and the service Chambers Jaguar of Sudbury for some routine maintenance issues. We have owned many Herb Chambers cars over the years (Toyota & BMW) and the service is ALWAYS perfect..... this time was no exception! Pat was very helpful and friendly. I found him to be an honest and caring service associate. My car was cleaned and looking wonderful when it was returned to me. The price for my repairs seemed fair. In short, Jaguar of Sudbury has the same superior service I have come to expect from the other Herb Chamber dealerships. More

Steve Jutkiewicz bent over backwards to ensure I was happy (and man, I've never loved a car so much or had a better auto purchase experience!). The car has been super-reliable, and a true joy to drive (I giggle every time, and it's been one year and almost 30,000 miles) Was in for replacement of 2 tire pressure sensors that had corroded and broke off during winter tire switchover at another vendor. Pat got me in and out in record time (despite the fact that I was late in arriving due to a business conflict). He was good at setting my expectations, and then exceeding them! Couldn't be happier, and look forward to the future when I will come back for another Jaguar. More
