Pat got me in and out in record time (despite the fact that I was late in arriving due to a business conflict). He was good at setting my expectations, and then exceeding them! I was sent to Sudbury from the former Lee Jaguar the very day the dealership was transfered. Joe Catalano very graciously took care of me even though it was too soon to know their inventory of Jaguars. I lik day the dealership was transfered. I contacted him about a week later when I knew exactly the car I wanted. Joe was able to find the car. Since I was away at the time, my son who lives nearby in Weston spoke with Joe. They settled on a price. On my return I spoke with Joe, gave him a deposit, and all went smoothly. I picked up the car about a week later. On the pick up day I met the manager, Michael White, who was also very personable and explained some of the accessories available for my XF. This positive experience resulted in the high ratings I gave this dealership. More

Last weekend I discovered that Sudbury now has Jaguar and I am considering a new XJ. my present 04 XJ8 has been good to me so I intend to stick with the brand.
