I was told that the service center completely checked out the car before I drove off the lot. However as soon as I hit the highway heading home which is over an hour away, the "Engine Coolant Low" indicator the car before I drove off the lot. However as soon as I hit the highway heading home which is over an hour away, the "Engine Coolant Low" indicator came on and then the "Low Tire Pressure" indicator came on for all 4 tires. I had to make a second trip back the next day to have these addressed in the middle of my work day. I subsequently had to hold a business Video Conference in the Service Center waiting area which was totally inconvenient and unprofessional. The dealership could not even provide a quiet room where I could work after they were the reason for my inconvenience. Not to mention the 2 hours lost driving back and forth as well as the cost of gas. More

Lots of miscommunication regarding insurance info, but was eventually figured out after the fact... anyway... we now have been waiting for weeks for the wheel lock key that wasn't with our car when purchased. We cannot drive the car because god forbid we get a flat tire and have no way of removing the tire without this wheel lock key. The first request for this key, we were advised we needed to drive down to get it- 200 mile drive for us.... 2nd request, they would talk to manager and see if they can send key, nothing, 3rd request would talk to service dept, 4th request directly to general manager who advised would get this resolved.... has been 1 week since that interaction. Followed up yesterday, no response. We now have to order this key from a third party and pay for it when ultimately we were sold an incomplete car as this should have been in car when we drove it away. More
We brought our vehicle (2019 FPACE) in for a lease buy-out inspection on 9/16/2022. We drove the vehicle home and parked it in the garage. Later that evening we noticed that the brake lights were on. buy-out inspection on 9/16/2022. We drove the vehicle home and parked it in the garage. Later that evening we noticed that the brake lights were on. When we attempted to start the vehicle, it was dead. This is the same chronic issue we have had after each yearly inspection (May 2021, May 2022). After each inspection, the vehicle died some time that evening. On each occasion we had the vehicle towed back to Jaguar White Plains. On each occasion the battery was replaced, however nobody has provided a root cause of the problem. We have not experienced any issues with the battery except after an inspection. It appears that the vehicle is just being dumped in our lap, with the service department washing their hands of the situation. It's like going to the doctor for the same issue three times with no resolution. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What we expected is for the service department to escalate the situation to find a solution, or replace the vehicle. More

Terrible experience post buying. While the buying experience itself was great, car purchase is supposed to be so much more than the initial purchase and it has been a total bait and While the buying experience itself was great, car purchase is supposed to be so much more than the initial purchase and it has been a total bait and switch since. When i bought the new car, they took my existing leased F-type with the promise that there will be no charges for the return. A few weeks later, comes a letter from the Bank asking me to make payments for extra wear & tear and disposition fee even though everyone agreed (and still agrees) that i gave my leased car back in pristine condition. When you buy a new car, there isn't supposed to be a disposition fee, but I got hit by one! The frustrating part is that no one really bothers to call back and explain what is going on. Inspite of calling multiple times, the management refused to give me an update or even call back! The receptionist just asks me to send an email to which no one really responds! The service department is terrible as well. When I scratched my car contacted them to help resolve, they were not at all helpful. When purchasing, got convinced into buying all sorts of insurance and now no one is interested to help me understand how I can use it. Inspite of multiple emails, no replies! Terrible experience overall. Love my new car but a terrible customer service has left such a bitter taste in my mouth. I could have bought it anywhere and perhaps had a better overall experience. Never going back for sure! More
