Through chat services on the dealer's website I tried to get a confirmation on the appointment some other way. I chatted with Shamoy R; been promised to get a response sooner than later...Again: never been contacted since. For me, it explains a lot. More

worst service manager I was advised my head light would be under warranty; when my car was in their possession, they then claimed I would owe $200 for this. I offered to even go half with them because I can accept an honest mistake and but the manager Peter said "why would I do that when you never had any (paid) service done here before". My response - Because it's what you advised me! I think it's disgusting to not follow through with your word and eat your mistake! In the end, I was so furious he denied me the service and told me to pick up my car. DISGUSTING! WHY IS HE A MANAGER OF ANYTHING! My whole experience from service to sales (also looking for a new car) was top notch. This was like being at the spa of dealerships. If you bought Jaguar for service, save time go anywhere else Before they moved into the the new building, we had issues with a misdiagnosed oil leak, They “Fixed” it multiple time even with extentisice test driv Before they moved into the the new building, we had issues with a misdiagnosed oil leak, They “Fixed” it multiple time even with extentisice test drive. Had to return it after smoke was coming for engine. That being said, thought things would change in the new facility. it hasn’t, there is no communication from the service dept. Their is never an update call, you have to repeated call, but don’t call during lunch (11-3). Doesn’t seem like much, but we had them install mud flaps. We got the car back the first day and the front was coming of the car. Instead of reforming the mounting of the flap, they pushed it back on with the tape that originally fell off and kept the vecchile over the weekend. Simply touching it and it fell off when we picked up. The thing that make me the most irritated is the lack of accountability. We have stated that the radio and navigation routinely cut out. The service rep informed us that there is a update being released in July. He won’t remember to call us back, but we should start to call them back in July to see if it is ready yet. Since we had problems in the past the service manager was supposed to meet us when we dropped the vechicle off to say thank you for giving them another chance. Not only was he not there, when we picked up the car today and still not fixed he was “out”. There are just too many places. That you can buy nice cars to receive service like this., More

First the facilities are subpar and I have not seen a dealership for a luxury brand being that lousy. Second: service; non existant; Each issue I had with my car stayed an issue and they never were able to fix it. I called Jaguar USA; their answer was change dealership; they did not try to get in touch with the dealer service department. Jaguar build attractive cars but has a very poor dealer network and is not making any effort to improve it. If I was Mr Tata (owner of Jaguar) I would spend a little bit more attention in customer service. A happy customer is one that comes back. It won't be me, even though I love Jags, I will go to another brand with better service record. More
