We saw a car we were interested in, so we made an inquiry to Jaguar of Tampa. A short while later, I received a call back from Jaguar of Tampa and was told that the car I was interested in was no longer available. The salesman (Lingh) said he was sorry but there was a similar vehicle on its way to their dealership. I asked him to send me the specs, carfax and photos as soon as available. The next day I received the spec sheet and several photos. I told him that this car was for my wife and she would have final say on any sale. I was then put in touch with the sales manager (Patrick) and we discussed my trade value and final price on the car. Everything so far was going very well. We were about a three hour drive to their dealership, so it was important to us to have as much as possible pre-arranged. We scheduled to drive down on Friday June 22nd with an arrival time of 11:30 and was assured that the car would be ready for our inspection and test drive. The car was not ready for us, we waited an hour and twenty five minutes before they brought the car out for us to check it over and take a test drive. This process took another hour or so. Then we get to the good part. All of the paperwork was to be prepared ahead of time to whatever extent possible. I had provided them with our drivers license, registration and insurance. I had made my own financing arrangements and had the check draft in hand. With all of this said and done we waited well over another hour and fifteen minutes and still no indication that the finance guy was ready for us. At this point we had over six hours (including drive time) invested in this purchase and still had another three hour drive ahead of us, not including the time to finalize all the paperwork. I asked the salesman if they were close to being ready for us and he said no. I asked if there was a problem and again he said no. I then asked if he could do anything to move the process forward sooner rather than later. The rep said lets go to the finance managers office and force the issue. Upon arrival at the finance managers (Shane) office he was sitting there shooting the breeze with a co-worker, he looked up at me and said who are you and what do you want. I told him that we had already been there a very long time and I wanted to complete the paperwork and get back on the road. He then stated that he hadn't even started the paperwork and when I stated my dissatisfaction (remember: we were told that most of this would be completed before our arrival), the finance manager got up from behind his desk and came right up to my face, held out his hand and said, "thank you for coming, we don't need you business, have a nice day". Honestly, I was stunned. My wife and I left the dealership without making the purchase and headed home. On our way home, several people from the dealership (with more customer service skills) called and asked us to return and finish the deal. I really wasn't sure what to think or do at that point, so I said that if they really wanted to complete the deal, they would have to drive the three hours and make the delivery to my home with all of the necessary paperwork and vehicle. They agreed and three days later they delivered the car to me and I signed all of the necessary paperwork. The problem here was that the really nice guy (Gabe) that made the delivery was instructed to not leave any copies of anything and return everything to the dealer. The only problem was that left us without a temporary registration, so I called and Patrick said he would email me the temporary registration within the next few minutes, which he did, however the registration he sent me had the wrong plate number on it. That also got corrected. This may be the longest review in history, but I wanted to let everyone know the level of frustration. I have honestly in my fifty plus years in business been treated that way. Maybe I should have just walked and purchased a car elsewhere, but I wasn't going to let one completely unprofessional individual ruin a good deal for a good car. That's my experience with Jaguar of Tampa and it wasn't a good one. More

Doing radio having the largest magazine in the state of Florida and being a public figure here in the state of Florida I deal with multiple businesses and I would have to say this was the best business experience that I have encountered!! What a great car buying experience. I had the pleasure of working with salesperson Chris Pelletier while shopping for a Certified Pre-Owned F Type. Jaguar of Tampa (my impression at leas I had the pleasure of working with salesperson Chris Pelletier while shopping for a Certified Pre-Owned F Type. Jaguar of Tampa (my impression at least) seems to have internet prices a couple of thousand below other dealers. That got my attention although I am on the opposite coast of Florida. I made a web inquiry on one car on which I receive a prompt reply and phone call from Chris. I could not get to Tampa for a few days and I told him it was OK if they sold the F Type I originally was interested in, as I would work with him on others. I did ask about a Firesign Orange 'S' model but it was not due in for several days. Luckily, the one I first inquired about sold and the orange one came in early. I was lucky to see it before anyone else, took a test ride and put down my deposit. It still had to go through the 165 point checklist and other things to qualify for CPO program. I picked it up 2 days later. I love the car. My experience in dealing with Chris, the finance manager, Shane, and Gabe, who went over all the features on the car with me was great. No high pressure, straight talk, friendly and courteous interactions at every step definitely earns my recommendation. More
Outstanding Buying Experience I wanted to pass along my deep gratitude to Brad, Shane and Peter. This was the best car buying experience I have ever been involved with. I was in a difficult situation, having just blown the engine in my old car and not having the cash to buy a new motor for it. That combined with having bad credit following my divorce and I was in a pickle. I met with Brad and let him know of my situation and what I could afford. Within a few days, Brad reached out to me with a deal I couldn’t believe. Jaguar recently began offering a 1.9% interest rate on the purchase of 2015 XFs, and one had just arrived at Jaguar Tampa. I arrived with my son around 4:30pm, we loved the car and were able to agree on price with no hassle. However, I had 3 issues, my son had to be at baseball practice by 5:30, my rental car had to be turned in to Tampa International Airport by 6, and the dealership closed at 7. Plus I was not going to be able to make a down payment until May 1. Brad and Shane were able to get the financing secured (100% with no down payment) and paperwork ready while I drove my son to practice in a Jaguar loaner car. Peter was able to take my rental car to the airport and drop it off, and even refilled the gas tank! And I was able to return to the dealership by 6:30, got everything signed by 7:00 and drove home in my beautiful Jaguar. I can not thank you all enough for how much you were able to help me out given my predicament. You will have my business from here on. Sincerely, Joe More

Needless to say, I was extremely apprehensive about buying my very 1st expensive Jag, sight unseen and without test driving it. Crazy, right?? Well, my "hero" salesman Brad Randall @ Jaguar of Tampa responded very promptly to my on-line inquiry and the rest is history!!! This was an unbelievably painless & GREAT car buying experience. Bottom line, this dealership knows how to treat their customers. They made it very clear that my long distance experience would feel as if I were sitting at the dealership making the deal. Well, they did exactly that when Kunal the Product Specialist walked me through all the technology features & screens over the phone as we both sat in separate F-Paces over 1000 miles away. Once again, TOP NOTCH service!. I arranged for an auto transporter to deliver my brand new F-Pace from Tampa to Houston. When she arrived she was BEAUTIFUL!! Thanks again Jaguar of Tampa for your commitment to customer service & excellence! In a nutshell: 1) Tampa Jag offered best price UP FRONT....game over! From the very moment that I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist that made me feel like a special guest. I was then greeted by exceptional sales people that helped me find my dream car. They went out of their way to get me what I wanted instead of pushing something that I didn't. I drove from the lot feeling as if I took advantage of them. I bought a luxury, stylish car so much cheaper that the competitors with unbelievable service.
