Service was excellent as usual, Mario is top notch to deal with and very pleased with how service items are listed and described. On the two occasions this past year, I've have had to provide my own transportation to and from the dealer, which is 1/2hr+ drive from me. First occasion I was told I was not eligible for a loaner because I did not buy my vehicle there (I have been provided loaners in the past) and last time there were none available for 3-4 weeks.
