Brought in flat 2014 Range Rover tire and Kaplan's had another OEM replacement tire in stock and replaced it the same day. Also, have 2017 Jaguar F-Pace that had right rear tire leak, which I brought in a another OEM replacement tire in stock and replaced it the same day. They have a courtesy vehicle lined up for me and she kept me updated on everything Barbara is extremely responsive and gets you in & out so quickly. My experience has always been positive and stress free! Much different than my experiences with the Jeep I had prior to the Range Rover.
