second chance four years ago I went car shopping at about 7 or 8 dealerships. I told the salesman what amount I could afford and he found me a car that I liked, T four years ago I went car shopping at about 7 or 8 dealerships. I told the salesman what amount I could afford and he found me a car that I liked, The payment was more than I wanted but it was late and I signed the papers and drove home. Later that same night I was looking over the papers and saw that he had charged me $2000 more than the agreed upon price. The next day they apologized and adjusted the price but did not seem happy about it. That left a bad taste in my mouth. This past week, my son purchased a car at this dealer and I went over to see the car. The salesman was very nice, apologized several times and explained that our original salesman was no longer with the dealership and that he promised to make us a great deal if we needed a new car also. So we gave Jake Sweeney a second chance and not only did my son buy a car but so did I! We actually dealt with 2 salesman, Dante Goetz and Cody French. Both of them were personal, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would give both of them a 5 star rating. More

Terrible Customer Service Cost Me BIG I was never thrilled with the service that I received at this location, but the location was convenient to home. When their failure to apply my warran I was never thrilled with the service that I received at this location, but the location was convenient to home. When their failure to apply my warranty after being asked on three occasions cost me over $500, it was confirmed that this is the worst service center I've ever visited. I wish I could rate with zero stars. AVOID AT ALL COST OR IT WILL COST YOU. More
