I found an SUV I liked on line that had a price right there verses other sites that want me to contact the dealership for the "internet price" ... This is a plus because I know right away if it is at my price point before I even start engaging. I called and checked availability. When I came in - the car was everything advertised met expectation. The negotiation was a little back and forth as expected but I felt that the end result was fair to both parties. I did not feel "handled" - the sales guy I worked with knew a lot about the car functionality and was really helpful with my questions. The Manager was great about explaining the actual history of the car itself - I found that very nice and bonus. Not just another car in lot but first hand knowledge was a plus. And the owner was personable and demonstrated all the technology features before I drove off the lot. I have not had this type of experience before with a dealership - this was very unusual and quite refreshing. More

I showed up and was greeted by Andrew Usleaman and right from the moment he said "Hello" I could just tell he was very genuine and sweet and actually cares about his customers! He helped me all the way through the loan process and I left in my 2013 Optima!!!! I have never been treated to well before ANYWHERE!
