My first brand new car I rate this dealership as excellent because there was a huge selection of cars, it was clean, well organized, and friendly. I have never bought a car by myself and as a woman, I was kind of intimidated at the thought. That wasn't the case with my sales person, Joe Netto. I felt like he took the time to answer questions, I never once felt talked down to or had my concerns dismissed, or felt pressured in any way. In the past when I have bought a car I was accompanied by my (then) husband. Each time it was a car for me, but the sales person kept addressing my (then) husband. I think women are often taken advantage of when it comes to auto sales or service. I didn't feel this way at all with my experience today. I felt like Joe really worked hard to get me the car I wanted and on my terms! The reassuring thing (and kind of funny) is that when I posted my brand new car on facebook and raved about the service, several of my friends chimed in that they too, had bought from Jake Sweeney in Florence and had very positive experiences with Joe Netto as well! I am thankful for my experience and enjoying having a reliable, affordable and darned cute car! More

We drove from Indianapolis to purchase a specific color and model of Kia Forte. The dealership here did not have it so we searched online and was helped by Paul Kohlman and even taken through the financin and model of Kia Forte. We went to Sweeney Kia to purchase a crossover/SUV type vehicle. With one Sorento in our drive way, there was not much of a question about quality or value. The staff are very accommodating and worked tirelessly to provide us with outstanding service. I would highly recommend this dealership and the KIA make. As a footnote, while we were there Mr Sweeney and my husband had a very nice chat. It's easy to see why the dealership is customer service friendly....
