They didn't answer my calls but I realized they just switched buildings and they were just getting settled anyway At first I was upset with James car. Horrible service bought new truck in sept check engine light came on 3 times . I called numerous times service dept doesn't answer . Called for a hour straight no answer , place is a joke if Monday my truck not fixed right I will be contacting my attorney and newspaper to put story out . More

UNSATISFIED We walked in there asking for a price on an suv. We explained we were paying with cash, sales person stated we still need to fill out a credit applica We walked in there asking for a price on an suv. We explained we were paying with cash, sales person stated we still need to fill out a credit application. We were paying with CASH.. So he final realized and said we won't have to fill it out. So we asked for the price, he said he had to go check..... After 45 minutes still NO price. He brought the vehicle up to the building. instead as a courtesy. REALLY... We gave up and just left. More

Takes long for customer service to answer phone I have to call your service department and it takes long time for them to answer. I am on hold with your message playing over and over how you are al I have to call your service department and it takes long time for them to answer. I just bought one and when I have troubles with it I want service not sales. Your voice is loud and annoying. I would much rather have music or dead silence than to listen to that.
