Went in to look at a vehicle I saw online from about 3 hrs away, it took over 4 hrs in this terribly loud dealership to make a deal happen. This salesman was trying to sell me on an interior "warranty" f hrs away, it took over 4 hrs in this terribly loud dealership to make a deal happen. This salesman was trying to sell me on an interior "warranty" for 20 extra a month, of course I said no. Was going through numbers and it was all handwritten on a blank sheet of paper, seemed a bit weird to me and felt like they were hiding something. Had to ask multiple times for a printed breakdown and even more times if the vehicle had 2 keys. I was sitting with this salesman directly in the sun the whole time, never got offered water or anything until at least 2 hrs in. Would not recommend as I feel the communication between managers and salesman was severely lacking and constantly felt like they were holding something back or hiding something from me. More
I always get all my SUV maintenance done at Janesville Kia, and they never disappoint. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and they’re always honest about what my vehicle needs. The salesman, Giancarlo, was great to work with, but overall the dealership was unorganized. We had verbally agreed on a monthly payment price but then never saw paperwork until we got to the financial overall the dealership was unorganized. He had no idea and our monthly payment was much larger than we agreed so we pushed back until it was lowered. Then a few days later they called about an issue pertaining to another customer because they got mixed up. While at the dealership there were a few employees napping at their desks or glued to their phones at their desk...it just didn't give a very professional look. More

Vehicle was not ready when I told them I was on my way and wanted the vehicle cleaned so I didn't have to wait. They lied about previous owner of the vehicle. Added additional coverages to the final price and wanted the vehicle cleaned so I didn't have to wait. They lied about previous owner of the vehicle. Added additional coverages to the final price without informing me and only found out once finally sitting down with the finance person. He was less than impressive and blamed the salesman, which in turn blamed the finance side. Finance person was very unprofessional and rude when asked about these additional fees on an OLD and cheap car that didn't need anything more. Anti-theft warranty was NOT optional, even though there was a "declined" section on the form, but the finance person already selected "Accept" and told me I had NO options on this. Will never buy a vehicle there again. More
