Not only did they do a bait & switch when I purchased they lied about a gap refund I was entitled to. Instead of mailing it to me or applying it to my loan like they stated, they kept it. Heads Up Military Families they do not honor the Military Discount and give a huge run around. I am shocked at how dishonest this dealership is. Nathaniel C was my sales person and most shockingly he is in Discount and give a huge run around. I am shocked at how dishonest this dealership is. Nathaniel C was my sales person and most shockingly he is in the Marines National Guard, so to be swindled by another service member is despicable. I have multiple emails, and texts stating they were going to honor the discount. This is now not about the $ but about principal. Go into the other negative reviews and see their non professional responses, this says a lot about the business. Deceptive Sales Practices – The deal changed significantly from the agreed-upon terms without clear consent. They boast about being the number 1 dealership in the area. This might be correct but only because they lure you in with a low price that changes when doing the financing. $4300 was added for Exterior and Interior protection that supposively is already applied to the vehicle, however my vehicle went over to the detail shop while signing the agreement. -Lack of Transparency – Add-ons and rate increases were not disclosed until late in the process. Nearly $4000 for warranty on paint and interior. -Poor Communication & Accountability – Repeated failures to follow through on commitments, return calls, or provide clear documentation. I have asked multiple times to speak to the general manager to no avail. I also have received assistance from a local news station and they have literally hung up on him. - Failure to Honor the $500 Military Discount – Despite multiple confirmations, follow-ups, and submission of documentation, the discount has not been processed. I have multiple correspondences with Janesville KIA stating they are going to honor this and have not. I have gone as far as reaching out to WISC TV for assistance. KIA has also told David M that they were going to honor the agreement, however when he called today they simply hung up on him. This experience has left me feeling misled and disrespected—not only as a customer, but as the spouse of a veteran.
