One of my worst experiences ever from a dealership. Sold me a car with a broken mirror that they knew about. Car was also listed as no accidents. I come to this dealership because they are great to work with. They are fair and reasonably priced and are great at explaining what you need done to your car and why. I won't be going anywhere else. My wife and I drove from Northwest Indiana to look at a 1998 Chevy Corvette this dealership had for sale. Salesman ( Ismael Claudio ) was the one we dealt with and seamed to be a nice/honest person. Price for the car was 14000 and after a test drive there was some issues with the car. We offer 13000 “ out the door “ for the corvette. Salesman came back from the Sale Manager with a paper stating 13839.00.. I asked Salesman what the 839.00 was for? He said it was for taxes, title and temp plate. I didn’t find out until I went to the license branch that the 839.00 was Not for the taxes but for service fees that I didn’t agree too.. My wife and I feel that this salesman was dishonest with us to make a sale and we plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. More

The vehicle was not detailed and when we got it home we realized the back was very dirty. They didn’t even fill the gas tank for us—I couldn’t even get home on what was left in the gas tank.
