She knew exactly what we wanted & our time frame. The crosstrek came available on Saturday afternoon, we came up within an hour to look at it & it was everthing we were looking for & purchased it! The whole process went very smoothly! We arranged to pick up Monday with our daughter along & as we arrived we went in the showroom & as my daughter was looking at the cars they brought hers around front with a BIG red bow on the hood! Deana gave our daughter a key & she didn't know what was going on & we took her out front & told her this is her Subaru Crosstrek! PRICELESS!
