He braved the cold weather to show us our options and he warmed up the cars and pulled them up to the door for us to test drive. He took the time to explain all of the features on each of the cars and made sure we didn't have any questions and answered them if we did. They offered me a reasonable price on my old car if I would trade it in and explained why they gave it that price. He was even honest and told me what I could possibly get for my car if we sold it privately. Craig Kuhl xxx very helpful when we were going through the paper work. He explained what everything was before I signed it. When I came to purchase my car, Mike went through each of the features on my car to make sure I knew what everything was and made sure I knew how it worked. He even helped me set up my OnStar and link my phone to the car through Bluetooth.
