This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Carlos Castro, and I don't see why i would ever purchase a vehicle from someone else. Carlos is easy going, fun, upbeat, and does anything to make me feel happy to be there at that dealership. Krista Williamson was wonderful to deal with on something that usually makes a person feel uneasy or unhappy, payments and money. She exhausted all options to find me the best rate and interest percent possible. And happy to do it to help me. I cannot find a reason to ever shop anywhere else for a vehicle. More

He is honest and that is one thing I value, Carlos is very good at what he does, he explains all the features of the vehicle. He answers all questions and is great to deal with. He is an asset to Jarret and I look forward to dealing with him in the future. I've dealt with other dealers and I don't trust them as far as I can throw them. Processing the paperwork was quick and easy. The lady who handled that was very precise in explaining everything to me and answered all my questions.
