During our search, Drew Markwardt of Jarrett Ford in Dade City sent us an email suggesting that he could get that car to his dealership within a day, assuming we were interested, and we followed up with him. Drew was a pleasure to work with! He listened to our concerns, enlightened us about the functions of the Escape, gave us his phone #, and suggested we call him with any questions. We called him the next day to make arrangements for the purchase, then followed up and drove away with our new car within a couple of hours of arriving to complete the sale.
