I went to this dealer on 1/21/14 to have my oil changed and to check why my cigar lighter was not working. they told me it would be one hour. after two hours I asked what the hold up was and they told me t and to check why my cigar lighter was not working. they told me it would be one hour. after two hours I asked what the hold up was and they told me they were waiting for a fuse to be delivered. I was shocked ford did not stock fuses for a ford product. I told them forget the fuse that I would put one in myself. I drove one block to a auto parts store and paid $1.00 for the fuse and they put it in free. ford wanted to charge me $ 32.00 to put a fuse in. as I was waiting in the waiting room an older lady that lost her husband came in with a nail in her tire. the service person told her ford was not allowed to plug tires anymore and said she needed to buy two new tires at over $500.00. she was all upset and I told her to go to tire plus or tire kingdom and they would plug or patch her tire. these are the biggest crooks of any dealer service I have ever been to in my life. stay away from jarred ford or get ripped off big time. More

We were looking for a Ford Flex. We looked online and called several dealers here in town. I their dealership through Autotrader. They had a Flex that seemed like a good deal. I emailed and got a call ba called several dealers here in town. I their dealership through Autotrader. They had a Flex that seemed like a good deal. I emailed and got a call back within minutes. I asked some questions and that was it. They were 4 hrs from my house so I was not sure if I wanted to drive there just to see if I liked the car. The more I looked around the more that good deal became a great deal. I got a few emails from them asking me if I had any questions. We decided to see if we could make a deal over the phone before we would drive all the way there. They said that if the Flex was not everything they said it would be that we would not have to take the deal. Our sales person was Kathy. She went over the vehicle with we over the phone telling me what she saw. I told her that it sounds like what we want. She asked if we would like it brought up to my house so we would not have to drive down there. The next day she called me and said that these 2 nice men were on their way with your new car. They arrived 4 hrs later. They wanted me to take it out for a drive and look it over. They said that if I didnt want it after all they would just drive it back. Well we drove it and looked it over. That Flex looks better than it was described over the phone. Every person at that dealership was so nice. That was the best and easiest time we have ever had buying a car. I love that dealership! I had another ford dealer tell my i needed a high voltage battery for my hybrid for 9500 (parts and labor) which meant my car was totaled. I had my car towed to Jarrett who took their time examining my vehic battery for my hybrid for 9500 (parts and labor) which meant my car was totaled.
