I would recommend this dealer to friends and family for it being a friendly and helpful dealership. Our experience at James Hodge was far beyond expectations! We often wondered why we saw so many Chrysler and Dodge vehicles on the road in Paris, Tx. Once we visited James Hodge and some other d expectations! We often wondered why we saw so many Chrysler and Dodge vehicles on the road in Paris, Tx. Once we visited James Hodge and some other dealerships, we knew the reason. We were treated like royalty!! We were met on the driveway by L.J. Mead and he helped in every way possible to get us the car we wanted. At the time we visited James Hodge, we were shopping and had not decided on a car. Chrysler was on our list with two other cars. We visited the two other dealerships, and had very different experiences with the sales personnel. L.J. was on top of everything and always willing to have us call with questions. We met other staff who stopped by to introduce themselves and also to offer to help if needed. Every person we met at James Hodge was smiling, friendly and knew their products! We told L.J. when we first met him that we were interested in a certain model car with all the bells and whistles. He told us that the car we were referencing was a limited edition and they did not have one at this time. Within a few days while we were still deciding and looking, L.J. called to tell us that he had found the car of our dreams in Mississippi.....talk about going the extra mile!!That going the extra mile is what separates James Hodge from others. We took delivery of this beautiful car and L.J. was there to teach us how to use all the features. When we drove away from the dealership, he told us to call with any questions or drop by and he would help. Another thing, my husband wanted different tires and that was no problem......they were on the car when we picked it up!! I can highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I think I would be joining a huge crowd of James Hodge supporters! More

LJ Mead and the crew at James Hodge really gave a 110% to get me into the new car of my choice. They worked tirelessly on the loan procedure, looking over every angle and option, to get me approved and into get me into the new car of my choice. They worked tirelessly on the loan procedure, looking over every angle and option, to get me approved and into the best deal and rate for my personal situation. I could not be happier. I think I would not have gotten a new car had I went anywhere else. I truly believe any other dealership and crew would have given up on me after a day or two. But not LJ. He worked from the end of last week till the middle of this week nonstop to get me into this truck, before, during, and after business hours. Thank you James Hodge, and especially Mr. Mead for extending a hand and help when no one else would. You have earned a new lifelong customer. Thanks guys. More

Put up with my wanting to tryout different cars. Very tolerant of me checking on different tradeins and financing. When my wife and I finally decided what we wanted we told them what we weould do. they tolerant of me checking on different tradeins and financing.
