James had called this morning as a follow up to see if I had any questions about the Pilot. He met us when we arrived and made the process quite smooth. Returned the following day to finish the paperwork with Amir and they let me drive my new car off the showroom floor (true story!). I was very pleased with my experience in buying this car. I was less pleased when this survey - sent to MY email address - after I was the listed primary purchaser, the writer of the check, etc. was addressed to my husband. It’s a little detail, but it’s a significant one. I would definitely recommend someone keep a closer eye on things like that. I’ll remember my car buying experience as a positive one, but this last bit did not make me very happy. More
