Well it does but Debbie Sommers and the team at Jeep Chrysler Dodge City are the real contributing factors. Debbie took time to understand my needs and wants and then we worked together on a deal for my dream Jeep. I like that Debbie never lets me settle. Debbie takes what is for most a stressful dreaded experience and makes it fun, lighthearted and easy. I probably laughed 50% of the time during the sales process thanks to Debbie. The excitement of catching up with Debbie + getting brand new wheels is an experience I look forward to. Mike and Allan were also helpful this time around. Mike makes the financing process easy and simple to understand; I spent less than 10mins with him yet felt informed and confident. Allan was helpful on making a small but important feature happen for me. Even the smallest detail was remembered and cared for. Extra Effort Ron went out of his way to locate a car for me on LI when other dealers were only interested in selling the cars that were on their lot in CT.
