I had wanted a Wrangler since I was a teenager and as my husband's car approached a mileage check when it would need significant work, we decided to just look at Wranglers "for fun" one afternoon. Less than a week later I drove off the lot in my dream car! We worked with Debbie and she was terrific. She was totally transparent about Jeep's pricing policies, without pressuring us into a purchase, and Jeep gave us a very fair price for our (non Jeep) trade-in. The time between our first visit and picking up the car was less than a week (and probably would have been less if I hadn't delayed my test drive for a few days because of our car seat.) When we felt there was a misunderstanding about the pick up conditions, Debbie was totally responsive and resolved the issue at no cost to us. We've already referred friends considering a Jeep purchase to Debbie before the license plates are on our car! A great experience overall. More
