The team at the dealership is terrific. We have bought six jeeps from you. The process of picking up the car after writing a check for $55k takes way too long,especially with not being al We have bought six jeeps from you. The process of picking up the car after writing a check for $55k takes way too long,especially with not being allowed to opt out of the Sirius/Guardian app process which,when not activating well on iPhone thus error,added over thirty minutes to one’s wait to exit the store with the car. Advice to Jon Wade and Jeep Execs:You might consider using docusign the night before car pick up for most of the paperwork ,and allow opt out for the Sirius/Guardian app which some of us will never use. This process will significantly reduce the wait time and enhance efficiency,hence making customers happy. More
