As I shared with Christina, everything leading up to the delivery was great. She was incredibly responsive via email and made the distance purchase easy. Unfortunately, after getting home and exploring delivery was great. She was incredibly responsive via email and made the distance purchase easy. Unfortunately, after getting home and exploring my new Jeep I found it to be pretty disappointing in its preparation. There were pine needles on the backseat and on the floor, lint on the floor, the lift gate jam was dirty as well as some white powder/residue on the bar that straddles the moon roof (too name just a few). Additionally, even after bringing the financed amt error to the attention of the finance manager, the number was still wrong, (off by $100). Individually, these are small matters, but they add up.
