This was my second vehicle with this team a The overall experiences I have had with Jeep Chrysler Dodge City can be summed up in one word: Phenomenal! This was my second vehicle with this team and both times exceeded expectations. Edward Delmonte especially, was absolutely great as my sales representative. He was clear bout my options, upfront about which vehicles to consider, accommodated every request, and answered every question in a clear and transparent manner. He made everything quick, easy, and understandable. Not to mention, he is just a great guy. There were no "salesy" tactics you often see at other dealerships. He was easy to talk to and fun to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about both the vehicles, as well as the back end/logistical side of things. He did everything he could do to accommodate me as his customer. There was no judgment on which vehicles I could or could not afford and what my individual preferences were. Nor was I rushed. I have never gotten the impression that I was just another sale to them. Edward really took the time to work with me to get me a great vehicle at a great price. It was a friendly and enjoyable buying experience in all respects. When it came time to pick up my new vehicle I felt very comfortable and excited; a clear indication that Edward and the rest of the team had done everything in their power to ensure just that. I would feel comfortable sending my closest friends and family to Edward and the rest of the team at Jeep Chrysler Dodge City. I will certainly will be recommending them to anyone looking for a new vehicle for the foreseeable future. Getting a new vehicle should be relaxing, easy, fun, and exciting.
