He always "stuck with me" while I decided, and contacted me to check my interest when I was traveling. He was friendly, never pushy, and fair in the ultimate negotiations. Also, the sales and exchange process (with my previous owned vehicle) was super-fast and immensely trouble-free. I was literally in and out of the shop in 15'.
