Another Great Experience! This is my 3rd lease with Greenwich Jeep and it was smooth sailing the whole way. My first 2 leases were with Jerry but he has since retired. I cal This is my 3rd lease with Greenwich Jeep and it was smooth sailing the whole way. My first 2 leases were with Jerry but he has since retired. I called Jeep with the situation of my vehicle coming close to going over my leased mileage with many months left on it. When I called I got Ed Delmonte. Ed understood the urgency of the situation and acted quickly. Within a few hours of the call I received quotes for a new lease not only for the same type of car, but to buy out the car or to get another type of vehicle. I requested options for my situation and he delivered. The information he gave me was concise and to the point. Within a few days my wife and I were signing the paperwork and driving away in a new vehicle. Ed and the rest of the team were great and as always, a great experience. Thank you to everyone there but especially Ed. He was professional but at the same time a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this dealership. More
