It was apparent right away that Mike is an apprentice and with time he will learn how to communicate with customers. He made a few misstep and failed to properly apologize. One being we spoke with him by phone and he said that he would return our call right away, which he failed to do, etc. I think with the proper training and supervision under Ron Gentile Mike Philippe has the potential become an excellent sales person… More
